Get to know your Ronald United Team!

Pastor Nova Villa Vitug-Thomas is an Ordained Elder in the largest world-wide protestant denomination (The United Methodist Church) serving the growing, multicultural, intergenerational faith community at Ronald! Pastor Nova holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and a Master of Divinity from Drew University.
Shoreline welcomed her and her family to the Pacific Northwest in July of 2026. She brings more than 18 years of pastoral leadership experience, having served congregations in the Philippines, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
She is married to Justin, and have two children, Nicole and Nathan. She enjoys sewing, writing poetry, and tending houseplants and succulents – practices that reflect her appreciation for God’s creativity, renewal and the quiet beauty of growth and transformation.

This is the board of Ronald United!

The board is elected by the church members who vote each year. The members represent the church and support a democratic process by empowering the cogregation to hold decision making power and protect church’s from being clergy dominated. They steward our ministry, people, and property.

Staff Parish Team-

These team members help us in ways similar to a Human Relations department.

Finance Team-

These team members help us manage all our financial accounts.

Trustee Team-

These team members help us in the managment of the propterty.
